Impact

CKL uses a variety of qualitative and quantitative measurement tools to assess our performance including test scores, school grades, attitude surveys and satisfaction surveys. We use these tools to evaluate our programs at three levels: (1) Inputs (2) Outputs (3) Outcomes.

To evaluate program Inputs, CKL looks at the monetary and human resources put into our programs to ensure that they provide the quality support our students require. To this end, we use performance evaluations as well as parent and student feedback to ensure staff excellence.

To evaluate Outputs, CKL measures quantity and quality of activities, including number of students served; student attendance rates; activity completion rates as well as parent and student satisfaction surveys.

To measure Outcomes, CKL utilizes attitude surveys, teacher observations, interim assessment tests, state standardized tests and school grades.
